JASARA Program Management Company is currently looking for a Delivery Director to join their team. As a Delivery Director at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various programs and projects. You will be part of a collaborative and driven team, striving to provide the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the delivery of multiple programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for program delivery-related matters.
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout the delivery process, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Monitor program and project performance, ensuring that appropriate metrics are in place and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively, optimizing utilization and ensuring cost control.
- Maintain a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in program delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs and projects.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.
