Develop and implement efficient process designs for the mixing operation factory to optimize production output and minimize waste.
Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & Suppliers to ensure project is completed on time and meets success criteria.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all Local safety regulations and quality standards in the factory.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process design and project management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a mixing operation factory.
- Strong technical skills with expertise in process optimization, project management methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing multiple suppliers.
- Basic capability of Auto-cad or similar to develop P&IDs and as built.
