The project:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Reporting to the precinct/zone delivery lead, responsible for the strategy and delivery of the major project.

Responsible for the delivery of multiple fast-paced hotel projects end to end.

Sole responsibility for the delivery of projects/assets, reporting to the delivery lead covering the multiple hospitality assets.

- You will ensure robust quality systems are in place, and suitably managed in line with service excellence.
- You will manage delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
- You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the associate director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.
- Sole ownership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of hotel projects or programmes from inception to execution of the scheme.
- Communicating clearly to build and develop relationships with both clients and external stakeholders.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Working in a client-facing role, responsible for managing the clients’ strategy, through to managing the delivery of local and international consultants and contractors
- Developing the client's brief, and delivery strategy and leading the design management, procurement and execution of the scheme.
- Establishing and managing a high-performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the project deliverables.
- Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.
- You will ensure robust quality systems are in place, and suitably managed in line with service excellence.
- You will manage delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
- You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.
- Managing, monitoring and coordinating all key aspects of the project including the project schedule, costs, reporting, quality, logistics, neighbour relations, health and safety and environment.
- Establishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
- Supervising the specialist design team, construction supervision and cost consultants throughout the project.
- Determining and arranging project management, programme management, sustainability and technical services and other external resources required for the project on behalf of the client organisation.
- Able to quickly develop an understanding of a client’s process and procedures to ensure your projects fit their governance requirements. You will also be able to develop your own project plans.
