Talent Acquisition Specialist

Medina, Saudi Arabia AlUla Club Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Assist in the negotiation of job offers and preparation of employment contracts
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, PPt) and has skills in reports, analysis and presentations.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English languages is required.
- Excellent in negotiations skill.
