Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Process payroll and prepare payroll tax returns.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Comply with all accounting regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide support to the CFO or Controller as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a General Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or SAP.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with payroll and tax preparation.
- Experience preparing financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
