**What you will do**:
The Commercial/Procurement Supervisor will provide professional Commercial and Procurement support to the Commercial and Procurement Manager in Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited (RRSAL).

**Key Accountabilities**
- Help to illustrate potential risks and liabilities inherent in contracts (Commercial and Procurement), support by proposing and negotiating amendments to minimise or mitigate the same, using judgment in balancing commercial/legal considerations and risk assessments against the business requirements of RRSAL.
- Support the negotiations with worldwide customers and/or partners to reach acceptable terms and conditions for New Equipment, Aftermarket and Service agreements.
- Support the negotiations with RRSAL Suppliers to reach acceptable terms and conditions for new purchases or extensions to current arrangements.
- Follow RRSAL standard terms of business as required for new products and services offered.
- Help in improvements to the Commercial and Procurement in RRSAL.
- Support in supplier RFQ, contracting and Purchase Orders.
- Issue Purchase Orders to RRSAL suppliers following the Right RRSAL Purchasing Process.
- Co-ordination of Export Licenses, ITAR control and Security clearance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree
- Contract writing
- Contracts negotiation and management experience
- Experience with commercial and legal contracting principles and processes.
- Understanding supplier contracts, RFQs, PO’s
- Reasonable understanding of insurance, taxation, treasury and finance matters as they relate to the business
