Head of Mixology

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join the team of fine dining restaurant located in Saudi Arabia Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization - Create and manage the bar menu, including developing signature cocktails and selecting wine and other beverage offerings - Supervise and train bar staff, including bartenders, and barbacks - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement procedures to improve the overall customer experience - Manage the bar's budget and financial performance, including tracking sales, monitoring costs, and adjusting pricing as necessary

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**: - Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a fine dining restaurant or upscale environment - Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff - Experience managing budgets and financial performance - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software - Fluent in English
