**General Description**
- Keep, develop, and secure business within an assigned portfolio of new and existing A/B customers.
- Monitors and penetrates the market to acquire new business within the assigned geographical area or targeted industry segments.
- Measured against defined KPI’s leading to revenue, volume and profitable growth.
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

**Tasks**
- Plan and execute sales visits to both existing and prospect customers.
- Sell the whole range of products (Air/Ocean/Land) or being dedicated towards one product.
- Enter all relevant data in CRM. Ensure complete and current client information (potential, tradelanes, decision makers, record communication, etc)
- Manage opportunity pipeline (actual data and stages, right size.
- Review the portfolio sales performance and prepares for sales meetings, weekly debriefs and sales reviews.
- Form professional and appropriate relationships with decision makers.
- Provide feedback on potential process improvements.
- Keep up to date with local market trends
- Share information with colleagues to improve effectiveness.
- Identification of new business potential and customers according to the defined sales strategy.
- Creation of yearly sales planning for own customer portfolio.
- Investigate share of wallet and develops customers via up-/cross selling.
- Support marketing campaigns by visiting target customers.
- Graduate of any field.
- Has 3-5 years sales experience in Air & Ocean Freight
