The Role
We are currently seeking a BD Manager with solid Estimation & Tendering background based in Jeddah, KSA for an exciting opportunity with leading Integrated Facility Management Company. Job Role: - Manage the end-to-end bid process from identifying and securing the opportunity through to final submission to Client. This will be for TFM, Hard Servies and Soft Services activities inclusive of Specialist Service Providers. - Lead and manage office-based and virtual bid teams, coordinating inputs from Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Legal departments. - Oversee tender preparation, including technical site surveys and proposal estimations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear and compelling win strategies for bids. - Negotiate and confirm contract specifications with external parties, supporting the procurement department. - Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, and industry stakeholders to enhance tendering capabilities. - Address and resolve technical, operational, and commercial issues related to RFPs. - Review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring the full Scope of Work is included in final pricing. - Identify and mitigate risks, including KPIs and Saudization, throughout the bid process. - Compile and contribute to bid proposals, ensuring content, presentation, and Executive Summaries are impactful. - Set and achieve realistic deadlines for each step of the bid process, including internal governance. - Ensure timely submission of technically compliant and commercially sound bids. - Plan and coordinate client presentations as part of the bid submission process.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**: BSc in Technical or a related field Excellent knowledge and usage of FM standards such as ISOs, BICS, SFG20, CIBSE etc. Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible in tendering, cost estimation, and project management Experience in Estimation and Tendering in a Facilities Management company in the GCC, preferably in KSA Good working knowledge of Tendering & FM Software Good Leadership, Decision Making, Time Management, Communication and Strategic Thinking skills
