Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager Responsible for planning, defining and implementing the creative strategy and brief for new digital campaigns. Working with other functions, develop integrated brand, product strategies and creative campaigns related to digital marketing operations, and help the client's brand to lead, build, and maintain their presence in the digital world.

What will you do:

- Provide projects with strategic direction and define the guidelines from which the creative teams can develop their digital creatives.
- Convert client-articulated needs into strategically sound proposals with current clients as well as new business partners.
- Find the right audience to target and figure out the best way for digital campaigns to have the desired effect on the consumers 1 2 Client Relations Management.
- Lead the strategic dialogue with the clients and with the Cheil team; spotting and developing significant strategic and creative opportunities for the agency, as well as influencing the quality of the briefs we get from the client.
- Understand client’s business at the highest level and oversee day-to-day project execution and relationship with clients.
- Management of clients at the senior level - Build strategic partnership with clients across categories and brand.
- Develop best practice in client servicing and to run regular sessions with the management team to share knowledge and experience 2 3 Consultation.
- Provide consultation by monitoring and interpreting cultural and social trends relevant to client business

What they expect from you:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing ,Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience of working in Digital Management Management, Strategic Planning or Social Media/Content Creation.
- Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches.
- High level of knowledge on the consumers and market, showing strong interest in consumer behaviours.
- Shows expert skills in writing and speaking such as public speaking and presentation in order to effectively provide the knowledge as well as increase the levels of understanding and acceptance among the audiences
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
