Job Description Summary
- The HR Business Partner works closely with the Saudi Arabia business, HR function and front-line leadership to drive the development of a cohesive talent plan that delivers on our business objectives, ensures consistent high performance across our workforce, and a healthy talent pipeline that meets the current and future needs of the business. The HR partners will support and coach leaders in building high performance teams in developing its leadership capability and pipeline.
