Workshop Foreman

**CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
To plan and organize all farm mechanical maintenance staff so that the broad range of agricultural, industrial and animal feeding machinery and equipment is serviced, maintained and operated in accordance with ALMARAI Standard Operating Procedures and Preventative Maintenance Programmes, thus making sure the equipment is reliable and repaired at the most economical cost to the company.

**ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION**:
Qualified mechanic or equivalent.

**NON ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION**:
Ability to operate structured maintenance systems with a particular emphasis on a planned approach to preventive maintenance and recording and analyzing data; Drivers License.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
3-5 years experience of managing large scale workshops or service centers. Practical Experience with maintenance of large scale agricultural and industrial equipment and petrol and diesel engines. Vehicles;
