**Job Description**:

- We are looking for an _Accountant _who will be Driving Business for these Solutions whilst meeting the vendor and company objectives/targets._
- What will you do?_
- _Performing all accounting tasks from data entry up to finalization of accounts_
- _Updating OneStream Legal and Profitability of assigned entities_
- _Preparation of monthly results pack and communicating to business team the result of operations prior to monthly results call with corporate or top management_
- _Analysis and comparison of results between actual, budget and forecast numbers_
- _Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts._
- _Maintains financial security by following internal controls._
- _Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews._
- _Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner._
- _Creates variance analysis reports and financial models_
- _Preparation of reports to different department (i.e. marketing reports, warehouse reports, IT reports, credit reports, etc.)_
- _Monthly preparation of VAT return_
- _Upload of nontrade payments and preparation of interaccount transfers via online banking_
- _Accounts reconciliation of assigned entities in OneStream_
- _Assisting in quarterly tax package preparation by providing the relevant tax or VAT info, Completing CSPs, Completing CSA package, BS and IS Flux, and PRC CSPs (half yearly) Providing necessary supporting documents and liaising to external auditors for their request and queries during eternal audit season_
- _Presentation of balance sheet accounts along with supporting documents during yearly balance sheet reviews_
- _Analysis and preparation of budget numbers_
- _Analysis and preparation of forecast numbers_
- _Upload of budget and forecast numbers in the system (OneStream)_
- _Salary bridge and opex bridge preparation._

- _Finance or Accounting degree._
- _Advanced Excel Skills._
