- Collaborate with the Program team to offer comprehensive assistance to founders on various aspects of their business, including customer discovery and development, business model refinement, marketing strategies, financial planning, pitching, and fundraising.
- Assist the program team in identifying and attracting top-tier companies and mentors, ensuring a high-caliber cohort and mentorship network.
- Actively engage in connecting founders with mentors throughout the program, facilitating productive and meaningful relationships that drive startup success.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Program Manager to contribute to the overall success of the accelerator program, including insights on macro trends, evaluating new business models, and engaging with customer segments for feedback and validation
- Conduct thorough analyses of industry trends and gather customer feedback to guide strategic decision-making, helping startups to pivot or iterate on their offerings as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses extensive entrepreneurial experience within the UAE, GCC, and MENA markets, demonstrating a deep understanding of the regional business landscape
- Exhibits genuine enthusiasm for guiding startups through their acceleration journey, fostering growth and innovation at every stage.
- Brings a solid background in coaching and mentoring, equipped with the ability to inspire and guide emerging entrepreneurs and their ventures.
- A highly collaborative team player who also excels in managing projects independently, showcasing versatility in working environments.
- An initiative-taker with a problem-solving mindset, committed to pushing startups beyond their limits and helping them realize their full potential
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, enabling effective communication across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
