About the Opportunity:
Robust infrastructure establishes the backbone of productive, economically strong communities as assets essential to commerce, trade, public safety and quality of life.

We have an exciting opportunity in Riyadh for an Infrastructure Design Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a multi-disciplined design team across some of the most iconic projects in the Kingdom. Responsibilities include:

- Leading and coordinating infrastructure project design services
- Manage the delivery of the design across several projects
- Ensure designs adhere to the design criteria and required standards
- Develop scope of engineering work, reports, schedules, and budgets for the associated projects
- Monitor design progress to meet schedules and budget requirements

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Have strong understanding of all primary infrastructure disciplines such as roads, power, wet utilities and dry utilities and design principles
- Have knowledge of urban planning concepts, master planning and civil engineering
- Be experienced in technical design reviews
- Have an understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the coordination process
- Be an excellent communicator with design professionals and with local authorities
- Have previous experience managing infrastructure design teams and projects
- Ideally have discipline specific professional registration (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS)
- Have a degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering is preferred
- Ideally have previously been involved in Middle East projects
- Be open to travelling to or based in KSA depending on project requirements
- Manage the allocated project or projects design so that this work is fully integrated across the site/sites
- Collaborate with all other disciplines to ensure the work is fully coordinated across the site/sites, integrating programme requirements for a world class site development.
- Attend and lead regular coordination meetings and special meetings as required.
- Facilitate the technical review of all design submissions of the designs for the allocated project or projects and complete a review of related submittals
