Master-Works is excited to announce an opening for an **Umbraco Developer** to join our dynamic team of digital solutions experts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing websites built on the Umbraco platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customize and extend Umbraco functionality through the development of custom plugins and modules.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing Umbraco environments to ensure high levels of availability and performance.
- Implement best practices for content management, SEO, and website optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain quality assurance for code developed by team members.
- Stay updated on Umbraco releases and trends in web development to continually improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with the Umbraco CMS.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC development.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with SQL Server and database management.
- Knowledge of best practices for web accessibility and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud hosting solutions (e.g., Azure).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
