Spa Cleaner

Role Summary:
Join our team as Spa Cleaner and become one of the authors of our story.

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining cleanliness for all spaareas according to Stanly Ranch standards, including but not limited to:, HIS/HERS lockers rooms, Treatment rooms, Break room and jacuzzi room

Core Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this position are:
Clean assigned areas of spa according to departmental standards, ensuring the highest possible degree of cleanliness

Clean and maintain all equipment daily

Remove trash from all areas

Report any maintenance issues promptly in accordance with departmental and spa standards

Maintain and restock cleaning supplies each day or as needed

Communicate to Director of Wellbeing all inventories needed for cleaning supplies

Maintain guest confidentiality and handle all personal items with care

Engage each guest with a smile and appropriate greeting, using the guest’s name whenever appropriate. Graciously accommodate guest requests

Make suggestions for improvement regarding cleanliness and maintenance of spa

Work in accordance with hotel and departmental safety standards

Use all spa equipment safely and properly.

Participate in and support spa and company efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives

Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.

Required Qualifications:
One year experience in hotel housekeeping or similar position.

Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment

Ability to work independently, balancing multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail with routine cleaning

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs

Ability to communicate in English preferred
