Your Opportunity

Serco Saudi Arabia LLC (SSA) along with its Sub-Operator (TMS) will be acting as a Mobility Operations Manager (MOM) on behalf of Red Sea Global (RSG) through an MOM function. RSG is responsible for The Red Sea Project (TRSP) that will act and serve as a luxurious tourist destination in which it wishes to welcome its first guests in 2023. The MOM Function’s role will be to provide technical assistance and oversight to the O&M Mobility Service Providers of the following transport modes:
Land
Air
Marine

RSG have designed an innovative mobility operating model that seeks to provide guests and staff with an agile and coordinated multi-modal offer using Land, Air and Marine solutions in which the MOM function will ensure delivery of.

The Marine Fleet Operations Manager’s role is to support RSG Marine Mobility to enable the successful establishment and delivery of the Marine Fleet O&M Department and fulfilling contractual obligations by ensuring the successful implementation of deliverables and KPIs as approved by RSG.

Key Accountabilities Prepare and implement Marine mobility plans / strategy for the O&M Mobility division from an operations perspective. Establish operational, quality and compliance standards of the O&M Mobility division. Monitor and report on all relevant KPIs Design, develop and set the standards that ensure mobility services are delivered across all modes to consistent and high standards. The coordination of services between all modes to ensure operation of a seamless, end-to-end network. Deliver the design, preparation, continuous review of risk, resilience, and business continuity plans across all services in-conjunction with the O&M Mobility Service Providers for Marine. Undertake a systematic approach using various project management and execution tools in order to manage the services in a transparent and efficient manner and in full coordination with key stakeholders (as advised). Ensure effective working practices and engagement with the O&M Mobility Service Providers for Marine to enable them to deliver against their KPIs and service standards. In conjunction with stakeholders incorporate a transportation testing and readiness programme that aims to eliminate any potential operational systems service failure prior to guests being provided services. The testing and readiness programme will range from table-top exercises involving all stakeholders to in-depth field simulation with operators. Work with stakeholders in the design and implementation of an effective, efficient, and fully integrated services delivery system to support high-quality guest experiences are provided across all mobility services Establish robust training program, including to develop, test, and communicate emergency, incident and accident reporting processes and procedures with all related stakeholders. Ensure all necessary marine fleet licenses, permits and certificates for compliance with all governmental regulations and rules are available and valid.

Specific Requirements
Minimum 10 years transportation general experience
Minimum 7 years practical experience working in a complex project environment
Minimum 5 years marine/maritime transportation experience
Minimum 5 years general management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Marine/Maritime certification preferable
Post-Graduate Degree preferable
Advanced level user of MS Office tools, (especially Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
Knowledge, understanding and experience of vessels and boats - technical and operational
Excellent English Language and Arabic (preferred)
