**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI solutions for the group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to requirements.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Gather requirements, design and configure customizations, and test new functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Provide functional and technical support to clients and resolve any issues.
- Create and update technical documentation and user manuals for the implemented solutions.
- Train end-users on how to use the implemented solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI technologies and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be implemented in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

**Salary**: From ﷼1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Azure: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft PowerApps and/or Microsoft Power Automate: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 1 year (required)
