About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy student or a fresh graduate looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT field? We're looking for a motivated and eager IT Intern to join our team In this role, you'll assist our IT staff with a variety of tasks, gaining exposure to different areas of IT and developing your technical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Research and recommend solutions for technical problems.
- Participate in IT projects, such as software upgrades or new system rollouts (depending on the internship).
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a computer science, information technology, or related program (or recent graduate).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and software (operating systems, troubleshooting).
