**JOB PURPOSE**:
- **Responsible to establish a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a culture of attention to Emirates health and safety**_
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Supporting the development of EHS policies and programs
- Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures
- Maintain report on violation
- Maintain report on accidents
- Maintain team database
- Third party employee certification should be maintain/ recorded
- High risk Personnel Protective equipment record should be maintained
- Inductions & trainings of New employees should be arranged & recorded
- Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (Electrical risk, risk related to work at height, Radio-Frequencies Risk & importable tools)
- Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
- Initiate and organize EHS training of employees and executives
- Inspect premises as per standard ISO/OHSAS 1801-2015 and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
- Prepare report on non-conformity issues.
- Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Telecom: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Riyadh (required)
