**Job Description** JOB SUMMARY**
The Finance Specialist will manage financial transactions and records for the contracts the company manages on behalf of the client. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, updating databases, and performing other administrative tasks when required. He/ She should have excellent administrative and numerical skills, a keen eye for details, IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel) and excellent customer service skills.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Validate Service Provider invoices with the supporting documents and prepare the certificate of completion.
- Maintain invoice tracker.
- Ensure Service Providers submit their invoices on time along with the required supporting documents.
- Follow up with concern parties and ensure the Service Provider are paid within the agreed timeframe.
- Assist in controlling contract budgets and ensure no overpayment are done.
- Attend and participate in the meetings to respond to financial inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, standard procedures, and regulations.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and records for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and prepare administrative and financial documentation for internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
Experience Required:
- 6-8 years of experience as a financial administrator, or similar.

- Capable of professionally managing confidential information
- Demonstrates the highest ethical standards when dealing with customers, contractors, and colleagues.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile accounts accurately and timely.
- Confidence and commitment to providing a high quality, professional service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide backup support for other administrative positions.
