As a Water Infrastructure Welder, you will play a vital role in the construction and maintenance of water-related infrastructure projects. Your expertise in welding and fabrication will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and durability of our water systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Welding and Fabrication: Perform welding and fabrication tasks on various components of water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, tanks, and other structures.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications and welding requirements.

Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning, to ensure proper fit and adherence to project specifications.

Welding Techniques: Utilize various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to join and repair metal components effectively.

Quality Control: Conduct inspections and quality control checks on welded components to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers, project managers, and fellow welders, to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment to ensure its proper functioning and report any issues promptly.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, welding parameters, and inspections, to document project progress.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and address any welding-related issues or challenges that may arise during the course of a project.

**Skills**

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Welder, with a focus on water infrastructure projects.
- Certification in welding or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of welding materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to undergo additional training as needed.

**Salary**: From ﷼2,000.00 per month

- Ductile Iron and/or Carbon steel pipes welding: 3 years (required)
