Your Profile
- University Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or comparable discipline from recognized accounting body is desirable.
- Certified CPM for minimum 'C' category projects.
- 5-7 Years’ experience in commercial project management, preferably in POC projects
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP (Project/CO) and other relevant IT tools
- Expert hands-on experience of modeling in XL and visualization / presentation of data in Power Point
- Commercial project management-certification is preferable
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is desirable.
- Analytical thinking as well thinking out-of-the-box
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Ability to handle day to day Project related issues independently.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Hands-on attitude for successful execution the full scope of financial and commercial activities in accordance with Siemens Energy Project Excellence standards and Financial Reporting Guidelines
- Ability to handle and manage multiple projects other transactional business.
- Managing, monitoring and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g., project gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments)
- Monitoring, controlling and reporting of Project costs, assets, liabilities and cashflow for multiple projects.
- Identifying, and signaling deviations, managing risks and opportunities, proposing corrective measures
- Preparation, handling and monitoring of Projects forecasts and reflect them in the respective tools jointly with project team.
- Issuance and timely submission of Project billing as specified in customer contract and regulations.
- Providing information and commercial/financial reports necessary for project review, indicating deviations, recommending, and accompanying the action plans to be implemented
- Contribution to the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
- Prepare documents monthly Project Review Meetings, assigned action items and monitor the progress.
- Prepare and keep auditable documentation for Project.
- Proactively identification of Risks and taking necessary measures to mitigate these identified risks.
- Managing foreign currency risk in the projects in line with hedging/currency guidelines
- Managing PG methods in major projects.
- Manage stakeholder’s requirements (customer, subcontractors, internal management and other team members etc )
- Ensures proper handling of petty cash.
- Working as Finance Business Partner for PM and other business partners.
- Managing and reporting of multiple Projects in Project Dash or any other applicable tool.
