Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **IT Expert BRM **( **Design & Construction Technology Partner) **to join our team In this role you will be responsible for coordinating with specific THE LINE business functions & NEOM Sectors to deliver solutions & services.

Within THE LINE BTS( Business Technology Solutions) Organization, the BRM will need to partner with the project management organization to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio and shaping business demand by partnering with appropriate resources to facilitate the creation of ideas, documents, business cases, and value plans.

IT Expert Design & Construction Technology Partner (BRM) plays a key role in THE LINE Business Technology Solutions organization by being a true partner to THE LINE business.

This individual must have a background within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction space, within an AEC/PMC consulting firm, contractor, or vendor (e.g. AutoDESK, Bently or similar ) they must also possess and excellent knowledge of existing and upcoming technologies within this space, capable of looking beyond the current problems/issues, have a background of constant engagement with the business, empathetic and capable of comprehending business processes in addition to strong technical proficiencies.

The BRM will be a strategic business partner who shares ownership for both business strategy, business value and results. The BRM will chart their own destiny by being embedded into THE LINE functions to help develop and drive strategic and tactical initiatives

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Consistent engagement with THE LINE business to understand and solicit demands, pain points and business plans. Solicit business needs and develop initiative business cases (budget, schedule, scope)
- Must have experience in Architecture, Engineering and Constructions functions such as Design & Engineering, Construction, Project Controls & Quality.
- Experience in Health Safety & Well Being, Logistics, Procurement & Commercial are an additional bonus.
- Engage with THE LINE executive directors, senior directors, and directors to deliver success.
- Coordinate between various NEOM SECTORS and external functions to understand current service offers vs business needs.
- Understand business demands and translate them into clear and actionable initiatives.
- Develop Strategic and Tactical Initiatives with THE LINE functions.
- Partner with BTS PMO to ensure effective business transformation of all initiatives.
- Think strategically by identifying business function opportunities.
- Identify and integrate business partners' business plans into technology road-maps and priorities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective organization and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Architecture or other related scientific or technical discipline required with 15+ years of experience as Sr. Design & Construction Technology Partner (BRM).
- 10 years’ experience within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction field.
- Experience in engaging, facilitating, managing and implementing business initiatives and projects.
- Atleast 6 years experience in a senior role with direct engagement and partnering with senior or executive management to deliver value to the business.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- 8 or more years of working knowledge, functional & demonstrable experience one of the following fields:

- Design Engineering systems and processes.
- Construction Engineering systems and processes.
- Project Control systems and processes.
- Quality
- Additional working knowledge such as:

- Sustainability systems and processes
- Finance and Commercial systems and processes
- Health Safety and Wellbeing systems and processes
- Human Resources systems and processes
- Procurement systems and processes
- Facilities, logistics and mobilization systems and processes
- Possess the skills to understand the architecture of the software used by the business and the ability to articulate issues as they arise.
- Deep experience leading change using positive and collaborative methods.
- Highly skilled, experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, Fluency in Arabic language is a plus.
