**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations, as well as company values and culture.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for all new employees.
- Managing HRDF, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem..etc.
- Develop and maintain employee relations programs that promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Advise and coach managers on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal documentation.
- Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with industry best practices.
- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
**Requirements**:
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction, Oil&Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
