**Short Description of the Position**:
What you will do

Leading RCA, PHA, RA and ability to establish PM schedules /procedures /SWIs/inspection reports.
Develop and execute tailored reliability strategies for gold mining, resulting in improved equipment uptime and in area vibration analysis, Lubrications and analysis, diagnosis of various rotating equipments...etc
Collaborate closely with client maintenance and reliability teams, offering strategic guidance and actionable recommendations for enhanced maintenance processes.
Monitor and analyze critical mining asset performance, implementing strategies to maximize reliability and productivity.
Follow up asset performance KPIs like OEE, availability ,utilization ,MTBF.
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives by integrating industry best practices and innovative technologies, leading to substantial gains in maintenance reliability.
Conduct training sessions and provided mentorship to client maintenance teams, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous learning.
Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety regulations and industry standards, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.

**Who You Are**:
Minimum bachelor level degree in Mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable experience
Experience in maintenance practices for industrial process equipment’s.
Good interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to communicate regularly with internal and external customers
Experience in using project management tools
Managing customer relationship and customer satisfaction service business
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance planning and scheduling and Statistical process control
Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability and Availability modelling and prediction
Fault tree analysis, Weibull analysis, Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC) and RAM analysis (Reliability, Availability and Maintenance)
Reliability Root cause analysis (RCA), Failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS) & Condition-based maintenance (CBM).
Equipment Reliability Analysis, Maintenance planning and scheduling and Development optimization of maintenance strategies
Equipment maintainability analysis and Asset Life Cycle Cost Analysis
