Trainer for Beauticians

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Instruction**:

- Deliver comprehensive, hands-on training sessions for manicure, pedicure, and nail extension techniques, ensuring workers acquire proficiency in the latest industry standards and trends.
- **Curriculum Development**:
Develop and update training materials and modules based on the latest trends, techniques, and standards in nail care and beauty treatments.
- **Demonstrations**:
Conduct live demonstrations of nail art, extensions, and other beauty treatments, showcasing advanced techniques and safety protocols.If skilled in facial treatments and hair styling, provide training sessions on these topics to enhance the range of services offered to students or clients.Evaluate the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and mastery of skills.Teach students or clients how to consult with clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments, along with aftercare procedures.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and safety standards in the beauty industry, particularly in manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, and related treatments.Instill a strong sense of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service in trainees to ensure they are prepared to work in high-demand beauty salons and spas.**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience** in the beauty industry, with a strong focus on manicure, pedicure, and nail extensions.
- **Gulf region experience** is highly preferred, with familiarity of local standards and client preferences.
- Certification in **Nail Artistry, Nail Extensions, or Beauty Therapy** from a recognized institution.
- **Facial and/or Hair Styling expertise** is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience as a **trainer or educator** in the beauty field, with a passion for teaching and developing others.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools, products, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety standards in beauty treatments.
- Ability to motivate and inspire trainees while providing constructive feedback.
- Fluent in English (additional Arabic language skills would be a plus, but not essential).

**Desirable Skills**:

- Ability to create engaging, interactive, and informative training sessions.
- Knowledge of advanced nail treatments, including gels, acrylics, and other nail art techniques.
