- As the Housekeeping Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics for our guests. Your primary goal will be to create an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a spotless and inviting environment throughout the hotel.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, with at least 2 years in a directorial role, preferably within a 5-star hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the housekeeping team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry standards.
