The Role
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a QHSE Manager or similar role within the facility management or construction industry. - In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices, both locally and internationally. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams across all levels of the organization. - Proficiency in QHSE management software and tools, with a strong grasp of data analysis and reporting. - Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of promoting a safety-first culture in the workplace. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
