**Job Description**:
**Sia Partners **is looking for bright and highly motivated Consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. We are interested in people with excellent track records during their education as well as successful and relevant job experiences.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients and will have to assume following responsibilities (but not limited to):

- business processes diagnostic, mapping & reengineering
- functional specifications definition
- change management
- performance management (KPI) design & implementation
- intelligent data analysis & structuring
- benchmarks
- people interviews
- workshop animation

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years’ experience working at a top tier Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting firm
- Excellent in both Arabic and English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Outstanding team player, proactive & good communication skills
- Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
- Entrepreneurial and team spirit, results-driven attitude, and dynamic work aptitude
- Strong academic background (Economics, Business, or Engineering field) from a top university, Master’s Degree is preferred
- Ready to travel on a regular basis within the Middle-East
