**Partner with the best**

This role is responsible for Post Sales support for customers. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.

As the Senior Cementing Engineer - Technical Support, you will be responsible for:

- Handling customer technical requests including facilitating technical requirements for job execution.
- Managing the _design, execution & evaluation of cementing operations_.
- Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies contribute to overall strategy.
- Leading initiatives to _increase the utilization of the company’s commercial cementing technology_ by identifying gaps and products to meet requirements.
- Providing 24/7 support for critical operations in the field when needed
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies and compliance requirements
- Participating with and supporting the sales team tenders, quotations and commercial requirements to meet forecasted revenue targets.
- Maintaining _documentation as specified for each cementing operation_ with end-of-well reports.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Have of 7+ years of relevant work experience in technical support / as a cementing engineer
- Be able to work in a 24/7 service environment, based on an agreed shift schedule
- Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English
