**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Architect preferably with Heritage Conservation proficiency to join our team immediately for an important project with the Local Government in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage sites in Saudi Arabia, in the Old Town of Al Ula.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform as the On-site Architect and Representative for heritage conservation projects, ensuring adherence to architectural design, preservation guidelines, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams, including contractors, engineers, and conservation experts, to develop site-specific strategies and ensure successful implementation of heritage conservation measures.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities, local communities, and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and built rapport.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with heritage conservation principles, quality standards, timelines and techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities like progress reports whether any modifications or challenges encountered during the project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Architect preferably heritage conservation projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant local regulations and procedures related to heritage conservation.
- Preferably with a valid Driving License.
- Expertise in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure, handles multiple priorities, and stick on project timelines.
