تقع مسؤولية شاغلي هذه الوظيفة في إدارة العميات اليومية للموارد البشرية، ويشمل ذلك تعيين الموظفين والحاقهم بالعمل، ورعايتهم، وخدمات الموارد البشرية التشغيلية الأخرى، وذلك من خلال التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين داخلياً وتصعيد المسائل المعقدة عند الاقتضاء.

المسؤليات:
التوظيف واستقبال الموظف الجديد
- ملء الشواغر في إطار زمني، وجودة واحتياجات خدمة صارمة مع ترتيب أولويات الكمية والوظائف التي يصعب شغلها.
- الإعلان عن الوظائف الشاغرة عن طريق صياغة الاعلانات ونشرها من خلال القنوات المتعددة مثل بوابة التوظيف، وإحالة الموظفين، شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، والقنوات الأخرى بغرض جذب المرشحين وبناء علاقات مع المتقدمين.
- استلام و مراجعة الطلبات، وإدارة المقابلات والاختبارات، وإعداد قوائم مختصرة بالمرشحين للعميل/ الشركة.
- التعامل مع عملية تعيين شاملة لجميع الموظفين الجدد بشركة الاتصالات، وضمان تعريفهم بثقافة شركة الاتصالات وبمهامهم.
- ضمان تقديم أفضل أنواع تجارب التعيين للمرشحين المختارين لمساعدتهم في فهم المنظمة وإضافة قيمة للعمل في أقرب وقت ممكن. إدارة التعويضات والفوائد
- الإشراف على تنفيذ كافة العملية المتعلقة بكشوفات الرواتب وتقديم الدعم المطلوب لها، وإدارة الاستحقاقات، والمصروفات، ومدفوعات الأطراف الثالثة، والخدمات الأخرى المتعلقة بالتعويضات والمستحقات. خدمات الموظفين
- زيارة العملاء والوحدات المكلفة لبناء وتطوير علاقة سليمة وفهم جيد للعملاء/ وحدات الأعمال.
- إدارة عمليات الفريق اليومية ضمن نطاق محدد من خلال القيام بإجراءات العمل ذات الصلة وضمان دقتها.
- إدارة الفريق لمعالجة الطلبات المتعلقة بتحديث معلومات الموظفين وموجز أوصافهم الموجودة في النظام، وتضمين التغييرات بعد الترقيات والتحويل وإنهاء الخدمات، وما إلى ذلك.
- معالجة متطلبات البيانات المتعلقة بمشاركة الموظفين، وتقييم الأداء، وما إلى ذلك، بالتوافق مع المعايير المعتمدة.
- تطبيق كافة الإجراءات ذات العلاقة بإجراءات إنهاء الخدمات وضمان إتاحة كافة أنواع المساعدة الإدارية للموظفين.
- الرد على كافة استفسارات/ شكاوى الموظفين المتعلقة بعمليات الموارد البشرية وتصعيد المسائل البالغة الأهمية إلى الإدارة العليا للبت فيها.
- معالجة مشروعات تحسين الموارد البشرية ورصد تقدمها المحرز لضمان تحقيق النتائج النهائية.
- تحليل التقارير المتعلقة بعمليات الموارد البشرية لتحديد مجالات التحسن.
- دعم أعضاء الفريق في الرد على الاستفسارات الروتينية لضمان استمرارية العمل.
- التواصل مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لبناء علاقات عمل فعالة وت

- إدارة فريق قاعدة بيانات الموظفين فيما يخص تحديث ملفات تعريف الموظفين ، وتوفير جميع متطلبات تطوير النظم ، والاتصال بدعم نظم الموارد البشرية وتقديم الخدمات الاستشارية على مستوى المنظمة بشأن جميع جوانب إدارة البيانات.

المؤهلات:
الدرجة العلمية : Bachelor Degree
التخصص : Business Administration, HR
سنوات الخبرة : 4-6 سنوات
طبيعة الخبرة : in HR Operations preferably in technology/telecommunication industry
مستوي اللغة الإنجليزية : بطلاقة
