**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of thermal insulation systems for industrial projects.
- Analyze blueprints and technical specifications to determine insulation requirements and select appropriate materials.
- Manage insulation customization, including cutting, shaping, and fitting, utilizing hand and power tools.
- Ensure proper sealing and weatherproofing of insulation materials to optimize performance and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to uphold insulation integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise a team of thermal insulation engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion and adherence to budgetary constraints. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used and work performed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 6-10 Years Of Experience.
- Proven experience in thermal insulation engineering or a related role, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
