Position Title: Splunk ITSI (IT Service Intelligence) Consultant

Location: Onsite KSA - Riyadh

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Splunk ITSI Implementation: Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) for real-time service monitoring and performance metrics. KPI and Service Health Design: Build and configure KPIs, service health scores, and custom dashboards tailored to organizational requirements for proactive IT service monitoring. Event Correlation & Predictive Analytics: Implement event correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics capabilities within ITSI to enhance proactive issue identification. Data Ingestion & Normalization: Assist in ingesting and normalizing data from multiple sources into Splunk, ensuring optimal search and performance tuning. Integration & Automation: Integrate ITSI with other tools like ServiceNow, ITOM, and ITSM platforms for automated incident response and service-level management. Root Cause Analysis: Utilize ITSI to support AI-driven root cause analysis and incident investigation, improving mean time to resolution (MTTR). Training & Documentation: Provide technical documentation, best practices, and hands-on training to operational teams on ITSI usage and optimization techniques.Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk and ITSI, including designing and deploying Splunk ITSI solutions in complex environments.Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture, data models, and advanced search techniques. Expertise in configuring ITSI services, entities, KPIs, and Glass Tables. Experience with event management, anomaly detection, and predictive analysis using Splunk ITSI. Understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and DevOps integration with Splunk.Certifications: Splunk Core Certified Consultant, Splunk ITSI certifications preferred.Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.Nice to Have:
