Senior Procurement Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Procurement Manager **to join our team In this role you will get to lead the procurement team to assist in the successful delivery of the King Salman Park Program.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Team Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with programme goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments/functions such as finance, legal, development, operations, and quality assurance to align procurement activities with programme objectives, address cross-functional challenges, and drive value creation.
- Procurement Process Optimization: Streamlining and optimizing procurement processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers/vendors.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field) and typically 12+ years of diversified experience in all phases of procurement activities on large global engineering and construction projects, including managerial experience.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Leadership and Team Management: Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the procurement team, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with programme goals.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, and senior management.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers/vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
