About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Science Manager/Lead to build and lead our data science team and drive the development of innovative data-driven solutions for our clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction and growth of our data science capabilities and make a significant impact on our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead a team of data scientists/engineers, setting goals and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop data-driven solutions to meet these needs.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and patterns and develop predictive models to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring the efficient processing, storage, and retrieval of data.
- Ensure that all data science projects are executed with transparency and ethical considerations and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Recruit and hire data scientists and engineers as needed to grow the team.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with experience building and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Experience in recruiting and hiring data science talent.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jeddah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
