Partner to Win: Working alongside BU Leads, Brand, R&D and SC teams to transform how the categories partner with suppliers for mutual growth.

Innovation:
As part of OTIF project delivery follow-up with Portfolio Procurement and suppliers to secure supplier capacity and capability for strategic growth and ensure contract creation and 1st delivery in a timely manner to meet first production dates.Brief Portfolio Procurement on upcoming innovations and initiate contracting requests with buyers.

Material Forecasting:
Work closely with Procurement Finance and Portfolio Procurement during the forecasting cycles to understand the full NMI, NMCI cycles and the key materials movement drivers and the impact on the category.

Cost and Cash

Support the business in E2E cost improvements by delivering the Material/PL Savings. Collect new ideas from Procurement and propose them to the business for decision making and resource allocation.

Support and Co-Lead 5S workshops and support regular 5S updates in the Category BG/BU.

Support on delivering the material cost management targets and building the strategic roadmap of the value improvement workstream, in line with USLP and E-comm Unit strategy.

Constantly monitor Gross Material Cost Impact and ensure business partners are clear on how much our savings program contribute to the GM ambition of the category and how material inflation is developing.

Capacity & Capability: Support the Category Supply Chain team on the long-term category materials capacity plans with suppliers. Ensure we have the right suppliers in the right location in line with the category business growth agenda.

**Required Skills**:

- Industrial Engineering or Supply chain Bachelors Degree
- Business English / Excellent communication skills
- Intenship experience in demand planning/supply planning is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
