**You are responsible for**
- Working on customer incidents on-site in the northern region in Saudi Arabia.
- Supporting the rest of our Middle East Turkey and Africa customers remotely.
- Driving the customer experience first-hand.

**You are a part of**
A high performing and engaged team of remote and on-site engineers and technicians who cover the region of Middle East Turkey and Africa.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related fields.
- Good IT networking understanding.
- Hungry to learn new technical skills.
- Speak Arabic and English well to communicate with customers and colleagues.
