**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for PMC projects.
- Preparing bills of quantities and tender documents.
- Evaluating contractor bids and negotiating contracts.
- Monitoring project budgets and financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost variations.
- Managing variations and claims from contractors.
- Providing regular reports to project stakeholders on cost performance and forecasting.
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budgetary constraints.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on PMC projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., RICS, CIQS) is preferred.
