Warehouse safety management and tracking and reporting daily
- Chemical Analysis and provide the report whenever required.
- Keeping a track of all the MSDS and COA of the available Stocks and ensuring it is available in the warehouse in the allocated area.
- Verifying the Batch # and Supplier COA of all the incoming material
- Verifying and ensuring all the COA and batch numbers and Stickers match with the document of Loadout material before dispatch
- Checking and ensuring the dispatch truck and driver have all the required safety Materia along with PPE as per checklist
- Arranging the Sample and delivery to the customer whenever is required
- Maintaining and keeping track of all the safety and PPE materials of ACT
- Keeping track and updating the daily basis for all the Import chemicals with ETA and clearance status - this will be assigned once all the above 6 points are 100% implemented.
- Sending daily reports on day-to-day activity without fail.
