**General Duties/Key Responsibilities** **1**.Recruit, hire, and train the sales team.
**2*.Set sales goals, compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed. **3*.Identify target clients and present our solutions and products to HR / Marketing / Internal communications professionals.
**4**.Meeting assigned targets for sales volume, pipeline creation and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
**5**.Develop and implement overarching outbound sales plan sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company, and achieve the sales target.
**6**.Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
**7**.Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
**8*.Accurately forecast sales numbers and track against them on a daily basis using a CRM system. **9**. Create a CRM system to manage leads and convert them to sales. **10*.Build and manage relationships with current and potential clients.
**11**.Managing the Key corporate accounts. **12**.Collaborate with senior management, IT, merchant partnerships and marketing to position our brand and solutions with HR and Marketing community.

**Salary**: From ﷼4,500.00 per month
