- We are seeking a dynamic person to take on
**IT Analyst** role based in Al Khobar.

**Objective**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Develop and analyze functional specifications.
- Analyze the operational needs and Reconcile needs of different teams.
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in our existing automated logistics database.
- Resolve any problems or discrepancies that may arise with orders.
- Document and maintain accurate shipping activity files within systems.
- Perform a periodic inventory of material to ensure adequate quantities on hand.
- Troubleshoot and identify potential solutions to the problems coming from the service desk.
- Work with teams from other departments of the business to synchronize the functionality of operations.
- Maintain records of all the tickets and help the solutions teams in improving the solutions.
- Review functional specification/technical design document.
- Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined change request procedure.
- Ensure that developed solutions are reviewed and formally documented.
- Unit test solutions to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and support activities.
- Designing and implementing functional and cost-efficient IT systems
- Prioritize user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools.
- Be transparent in your communication with your superiors and your subordinates.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Minimum experience of 3 years in implementing enterprise-scale technical solutions with an understanding of Oracle databases.
- Bachelor's degree in a Computing/IT field.
- Good knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office products
- Networking basics
- Knowledge of any of the following is an asset:

- Knowledgeable in the field of Business intelligence, EDI, and other electronic integration technologies
- Familiar with Automated Warehouse Management and Supply Chain
- A self-starter with a strong problem-solving ability
- Expertise in the areas of IT security and reliability, software architectures and project management.
- Familiar with dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools.
- Analytical thinking and pay specific attention to details
- Assess the performance of the organization digital infrastructure.
- Take responsibility of troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
