JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join their finance team. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of financial analyses, reporting, and reconciliations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to support decision-making within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial analyses, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights
- Assist with internal and external audit processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
