**Job Title**: BBQ Karigar (Grill Master)
**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and grill a variety of BBQ dishes including meats, chicken, kebabs, and other traditional BBQ items.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and BBQ area.
- Manage the BBQ station and ensure food is cooked to perfection with consistent quality.
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.
- Experiment with marinades, spices, and grilling techniques to enhance flavors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a BBQ Karigar or in a similar role (preferably in Middle Eastern cuisine).
- Expertise in traditional BBQ techniques and seasoning methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of standing for long hours and working near heat.
