**Position Purpose**:
The Director of Operations, KSA will work alongside the Managing Director, MENA and the regional Producing Team Lead to provide insightful leadership and management of the Riyadh office, project support across all TAIT projects in KSA and contribute to the overall strategic growth of both the team and the wider TAIT Group as a whole. The position will be a champion for encouraging visibility, shared knowledge, and effective resource management within the Riyadh office and KSA projects.

The Director of Operations, KSA will coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to meet both project specific and TAIT Group goals and metrics in the MENA Region (specifically the Riyadh office).

Responsible for manging the MENA regions support of TAIT projects, improving efficiency, increasing quality and expanding the regions resources in support of the TAIT group business operations.

**Main Outcomes of the Position**:

- Ensure successful project support while balancing client, team, and margin expectations.
- Provide local leadership with focus on the Riyadh office.
- Running the day-to-day general management of the office in Riyadh.
- Ensure local functions are fully integrated and aligned with global functions.
- Provide regional representation for the TAIT Group both internally and externally.
- Be the primary interface for the Riyadh office tenants.
- Become a resource for regional team members; tracking their projects, bandwidth/availability, project objectives, being aware of capacity/resource and ability to help with other projects if required, offering advice and solutions on current projects or a current task at hand.
- Be a facilitator for open communication paths; especially between MENA team members and other TAIT locations.
- Develop an understanding of TAIT's (including Productionglue and Thinkwell's) internal administrative and operational teams to allow for efficient outreaches and requests as well as directing team members to the right resource.
- Meet with clients and vendors to discuss the TAIT Group's in-region past projects, our capabilities, current projects, award wins and plans for future growth.
- Consult on pitches, pitch approach, recommend timelines and goals, ensure the team is achieving those and is set up for success to submit in time and per the submitted client RFP.
- Work out of the TAIT Riyadh office Sunday-Thursday (9am-6pm).

**Expectations**:

- Assist global functions in the development and lead implementation of policies at the local level.
- Support and implement TAIT Group strategic initiatives and align locally.
- Assist in the development of goals, budgets, and metrics with global functional leadership.
- Play a key role in communications with team members and ensure communication paths are open.
- Provide local leadership to the organisation (specifically the Riyadh office).
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to Riyadh office staff members.
- Maintain functional alignment to global departments.
- Ensure the implementation and use of business systems and process remains globally aligned.
- Create a safe, diverse, equitable, and inclusive local culture that supports the TAIT Group's purpose, beliefs, and traits.
- Assist the project teams operating in the area with the basics of support as needed.
- Work closely with HR on TAIT project staff requirements around visa's and other in country benefits such as housing, communications and transportation.
- Take part in regular, localised engagement opportunities (e.g., round tables and all hands).
- Ensure local office and its facilities serves as a first-class TAIT Group office.
- Act as primary local spokesperson/liaison for the TAIT Group in the Riyadh office.
- Procurement support - reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts.
- Reviewing, comparing, analysing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Securing permits and documentation from relevant government authorities related to project needs.
- Overseeing customs and clearance of shipments.
- Maintaining, updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
