As a **Security supervisor**, you will be responsible for:

- Control and monitor sites security measures, including any telecommunication security systems on site.
- Identifies and analyzes the security risks for the operational premises.
- Analyze business needs against the security systems and recommends practical security solution.
- Support in the design and implementation of telecommunication security solutions.
- Lead role in audits to ensure compliance with standards and contributes to recommendations that addresses non-compliance case.
- Lead dynamic task risk assessment and implements findings to ensure safety of all personnel on site.
- Prepare annual budget and submits to the departmental manager for approval.
- Provide advice in all areas of security emergency response to improve overall performance in all aspects of site security.
- Implement HSIC requirement.
- Weekly and monthly reports.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have minimum 8 years of experience in the petrochemical or oil and gas industry as Security guard.
- Display strong written and oral English & communication skills
- Have a sound understanding of Royal Commission and Higher Commission of Industrial Security regulation, plant safety, and environmental control.
- Have the ability to conduct site assessments to determine the environmental impact as per Royal Commission regulation.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
