**What You'll Be Doing**:
Leadership and Strategy: Lead and manage the substructure team, providing strategic direction and guidance to achieve project objectives. Develop and implement plans to ensure the successful completion of all substructure works within the specified timelines and budget.Project Management: Oversee and supervise the planning, design, and execution of substructure works for various infrastructure projects. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with international quality standards and industry best practices.Budget and Resource Management: Manage financial aspects of the projects, including budget allocation, cost estimation, and monitoring expenditure. Optimize resource allocation and utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and productivityHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Establish and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations and standards. Prioritize the well-being of the workforce and promote a safe working environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of piling and substructure works.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of construction excellence. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues promptlyInnovation and Technology: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements related to piling works. Introduce innovative solutions and processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability.Talent Development: Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. Mentor and develop staff members to build a high-performing and capable workforce.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:
Minimum of 25 years of experience in piling works, with a substantial portion of that experience in managerial or leadership roles.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of international construction standards, best practices, and industry regulations related to piling works Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in greenfield developments or urban planning initiatives
