**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction and maintenance sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Eastern Province.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance competitive positioning.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Eastern Province's construction and maintenance market is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
